RECHARGES ALONE

People are good; people are also spending. You do your best thinking in quiet, and busy rooms cost energy even when you enjoy them. Depth over noise, every time.

Day to day. Day to day, you bring depth: listening well, thinking things through, doing your best work in quiet. Loud rooms and back-to-back meetings drain your battery. Build the quiet in like it matters — because it does.

One thing to try. Book the quiet like it's a meeting. And on big decisions, ask for time to think — your second answer is your real one.

BOTH ROOMS

You can draw energy from the room or from the quiet, depending on the week. That range lets you move between loud work and deep work better than most.

Day to day. Day to day, you move well between company and quiet — joining in when it helps, reflecting when it counts. In times of change, that range makes you easy to work with.

One thing to try. Match the mode to the task on purpose: rooms for ideas, quiet for decisions.

FUELLED BY PEOPLE

You think by talking and refuel with people. Rooms give you energy, and your ideas get better out loud. Remember: the quiet ones around you hold answers they won't shout.

Day to day. Day to day, your energy builds connection and warms up rooms. Long solo stretches and remote patches pull your battery down — plan people time into them, on purpose.

One thing to try. Turn talk into decisions — end conversations by saying what's now settled. And ask the quietest person last, out loud.
